We offer you the possibility of picking up your package at our flagship store in Mechelen. You can check this option during the ordering process.
Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:
- Returning is possible within 10 days after receiving your package.
- The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached.
- Beauty products, beachwear, underwear and jewels are non-returnable.
Shoes or clothing with stains will NOT be accepted. Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? Let us know as soon as possible.
