    RETURN CONDITIONS

    Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:

    • Returning is possible within 10 days after receiving your package.
    • The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached.
    • Beauty products, beachwear and jewels are non-returnable.

    Shoes or clothing with stains will NOT be accepted. Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? Let us know as soon as possible.

    RETURN POLICY

    1. Send us an email within 10 days after receiving your package - info@shoplily.be - including your order number, name and the reason for your return.
    2. We will answer your email within 48h.
    3. Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery. Return your package after approval to this address:

    1. Refunds will be made - depending on the form of the original payment – by bank transfer, by credit card or by Mollie, within 5 days after receiving your package.

    EXCHANGE

    Are you satisfied with your order, but the size is wrong? In that case, you can exchange your order within 10 days. The same conditions for returns are applicable on exchanges.

    2. We will answer your email within 48h.
    3. If in stock, we will send you the right size along with a voucher to return the previous item. Return your item to this address:
